A criminal background investigation is a requirement for all employee types and positions, 定期和临时.  Volunteers will also be subject to a criminal background investigation. 

About the Application Process

  • 为员工, 管理员, Temporary and Federal Work Study positions, employment applications are accepted only for current openings. Job opportunities provide information about positions and their qualifications.
  • Applicants for 工作人员 and 管理员 positions are required to submit a letter of interest. Some jobs require additional information, 比如简历, copies of licenses or certifications, 车辆纪录(MVR), transcripts or a supplemental questionnaire. Read the position description carefully to determine the materials required.
  • Supplemental materials (attachments) may be no larger than 5 MB each; however multiple attachments are permitted.
  • Submit your completed application online.
  • To check the status of your application log-in to your account and check the Application Status.
  • A computer is available for use in completing applications in the 人力资源 office, 东百老汇大道4905D号. room D-102, Tucson, Arizona 85709-1180. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Arizona Standard Time; the office is 关闭d for all 大学假期.
  • To request a reasonable accommodation to complete an application, please contact the 人力资源办事处.
  • You'll be notified whenever your application status changes.
  • 一旦收到, applications and supporting materials are reviewed for the job minimum qualifications, then screened for relevant knowledge, 技能和能力. Written or oral exercises, interviews and other assessments may be requested.
  • When screening reviews are finished, finalists are referred to the hiring supervisor or administrator. Final interviews are conducted.
  • A final decision is made based on screening results, 面试结果, 参考文献, supervisory checks and the needs of the hiring department.
